Please join us at the Treasury Theatre as we welcome Paul Donegan\, Deputy Secretary of Economic Division at the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance\, to present an overview of the Budget\, followed by a question and answer session and a light afternoon tea.

About The Speaker
Paul Donegan is Deputy Secretary\, Economic at the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance.
Prior to this he held leadership roles in DTF&rsquo\;s Budget and Finance division and the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet\, and worked in the Commonwealth Government in policy (Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet) and service delivery (Centrelink)\, as well as at the Grattan Institute\, a public policy think tank.&nbsp\;
