Sustainable Development in International Economic Law

The Victorian Chapter of the International Law Association (Australia), in partnership with the Melbourne Journal of International Law, invites you to an in-person event on international economic law featuring three experts from academia and practice.

Professor Gehring (joining remotely) will speak about about his research on the future of sustainable development in international economic law, and Ms Zhou and Mr Merriman will reflect on this topic through their experiences at the McCabe Centre, and the WTO and Bar, respectively. The session will be followed by an interactive Q&A.

We warmly invite ILA and MJIL members, students, legal professionals and others interested in international law to attend.
