About the Panellists

Dr Marina Gertsberg is an (Advanced) Assistant Professor (Senior Lecturer) in Finance at the University of Melbourne.

A central theme in her research is that it is enough for a few people who are gatekeepers to be biased against women to introduce a gender bias into the whole system. In her work, she aims to understand where the gender bias is in the system and how to redress it.

Sruthi Srikanthan is a Partner in the Health Economics and Social Policy team at Deloitte Access Economics, and leads the gender economics practice. She has experience across a broad range of health and social policy sectors including aged care, welfare, disability, child protection and health services planning.
