Our first Policy in the Pub event for 2015 will be held on Wednesday 18 February at 5.30 pm.

Danielle Wood from the Grattan Institute will present the Institute's recent report, the Wealth of Generations. This report considers whether today's young Australians might be the first in decades not to achieve a better standard of living than their parents. Danielle will present the Grattan's findings on the trends in wealth, income, taxes and government spending by age group. She will also address the question of what governments should do if anything, to address issues of intergenerational inequality.

We have  a new venue The Imperial Hotel on the corner of Bourke and Spring Street.
